Update home address

I have tried to update my home address,but all I get is the moving home option. How do I change my details without calling sky?

Then as you cancalled it and have signed up aagain you will need to setup a new login to access your account.

 

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:


https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

And have you moved into your property and you have Sky Broadband working at it as Sky should already have your correct address. Did you cancel at your previous property before moving ?

I moved ten months ago and right now I am having problems with my broadband, when I checked my details I've seen that the address is wrong for that reason I would like to update it.

Your need to follow the advice I posted for you. Once you have set up your new account it will have your new address on it.

The Home Address Sky has for me is incomplete, how do I update it without spending ages on the phone to them.
