My sky app not correct

App not showing correct billing information, saying bill due but it has already been paid. Needs updating tried uninstall and reinstall still the same.

Then that is odd as they should be the same so have you trie deleting, rebooting your device then installing the app again ?

Yes I have tried that a couple of times still the same, that's why I thought it needed updating.

Have you checked for any updates for it as it is working fine for me so I am wondering if you have the latest version ?

@caesarome  Goodmorning just thought i would let you know, i phoned 150 and was asked if i wanted latest bill summary it a payment was due, i then spoke to a agent in india who said it shows paid and he would have to passit on to tech deparment andit would take seven days, he suggested the same as you about deleteing and restall but it still don't work, so now left in limbo waiting, what with no mobile due to outage, maybe i should look elsewhere.

@caesarome yes that link shows it is paid, i thoughtthe app might have been hacked so worrying these days.
