Bills

Wanted to know, I had enough money payed into my account here on sky app but still took money by direct debit, and joined both tv, boardband the same day but the next bill both came out separately

If a direct debit is in place Sky will take the funds via this.

 

Are you saying you are being billed separately for TV and Broadband ?

You shouldn't manually pay your bill as that will likely be too late to stop the direct debit being taken, hence you get charged twice as your manual payment goes against the following months bill.
