Discussion topic: Why can’t I watch The Good Doctor?

It's saying I need to upgrade to watch it but it's on Sky witness so that doesn't make sense as I can watch other sky witness programmes. Even when I click upgrade, it just says "We'll be back soon, something went wrong". It's been happening since Thursday.

Do you have Sky Signature and the HD package on your account ?

We have the same issue and we have Sky Stream, so HD channels are included with our Sky Signature package.
