It's been around for a long time, but Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? has been given a spin-off show, Millionaire Hot Seat. It starts next Tuesday on ITV 1 at 7.30 pm. Here's the synopsis: Jeremy Clarkson hosts a quiz in which six hopefuls compete for £1,000,000, with only one player at a time able to take a place in the Hot Seat and answer multiple-choice questions to work their way up the Money Ladder. Each question is against the clock, and if a player gets one wrong, they are eliminated, the Top Prize drops down, and the next player takes their place.
It's only on for 30 minutes, so it should be a fast-paced show.
