Very poor signal

Our sky signal is very poor, recently we have had lots of windy days. We have nothing all day bbc1 2 and itv and channels 4 and 5. We are paying £74 per month and currently feel that we could do with an engineer to call and move our dish

Or help us with the very poor signal.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you need to contact Sky or a 3rd party satellite installer (if you're outside your minimum contract term)

@Sky+dish+poor+sig  Which system do you have Sky+HD or Sky Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
