Unable to watch golf even though we subscribe to sky golf

We subscribe to sky golf as it's the only sport we watch. We have been following the Spanish Open but today we are unable to watch it. I understand that the President's Cup is on Sky Golf but we can't even watch the Spanish Open on the red button- we're told we need to upgrade. This is not the first time we have missed play but this is just ridiculous. If you pay for golf you should be able to watch it all. Is anyone else finding this? Katie

Which Sky TV system do you have? Sky+, Sky Q, or Sky Stream?

is it that you have a subscription to sky sports golf, but not complete sports package?

If you are a Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream customer then to access content via the Sky Sports+ red button you do need to be a full sports subscriber.

Yes we don't watch any other sports but feel if you subscribe to sky golf you should be able to watch whatever golf is showing

If you have a Sky+ box, the red button services have been withdrawn.

If you're in Ireland, Sky Sports HD channels require the HD pack. Have you tried to SD version of it?
