Unable to log in to HBO Max

I have the HBO max premium subscription that I've just purchased. When I tried to log into through the TV, when I used my email address it logs into my EE linked account which is the basic with Ads. I don't know what login in details to use to access my sky subscription.

@Bexmoz first, have ypu activated HBO Max through Sky? It's not done automatically.

Note you're not eligible for HBO Max through Sky if you have a Sky+ box.

Yes my HBO account is activated. I was already set up with basic plus ads but with EE on the same email address associated with my Sky. It won't connect to my HBO with the Sky account
