My sky box isn't working keeps saying initialising no signal to my dish so I'm paying for something can't use

If you have Sky+ you'll need to contact a local satellite installer to take a look, unless you have Sky Protect. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+.,
If you jabe Sky Q, call to book an engineer.
