Trouble signing into discovery +

When I scan the QR code it takes me to the sign in with email ( witch I had no trouble 3 days ago ) but can't get past it cos it saying my email is wrong but it's not talked to human eventually at discovery they say no account under that email but sky say I'm activated on discovery plus #*¥* confused 

many help would be appreciated

I might be wrong here but I wouldnt have thought you need to use the QR code again if you have already set this up, or have you been logged out of the app ?

Every so often if I don't yes for say 4 weeks  for some reason I have to go through this process hasn't been a problem in the past cause it just sign straight on but now won't recognise my email problem
