@Richard1101

As you've now posted in the Sky+ board I've merged your threads together. To reiterate, Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups and won't send you any equipment.

There's no point in buying a new Sky+ box either as the viewing card won't work in it.
Unless you can source a power lead (I'm assuming this is what you mean) elsewhere

the alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Also remember you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

I can't imagine that this has anything to do with Sky+, where you've posted, as Sky+ boxes come with a standard 3 pin plug.

Unfortunately, nobody can help you unless you explain what equipment you need a plug or adaptor for.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

Post a picture of the Sky box!!!! We know what a plug

@Richard1101 Sky don't provide any equipment in the UK with that sort of plug.

@Richard1101 Just curious, but how do you know that the plug is at fault? If the device (whatever that turns out to be) has no power, it's just as likely that the device has died.

@Richard1101  We know you have a plug, W e know that in Dublin you use the same plug as does the rest of the UK & Ireland, what we donpt know is what is this plug for?

You been asked for photos of the box concerned but you keep posting about The Plug, so either this thread is a start of a plot to a new comedy film, or your trolling?
