Why is The Rookie season 7 on Now TV but not on Sky yet? I cancelled Now TV and have Sky instead, now regretting 🙈

The Geektown website just suggests the Spring at the moment.

If you go into the Geektown website and search for that or any other programme you're interested in you can sign up for free emails that provide information on first airings in the UK which usually arrive about 7-10 days before it first airs.

In the UK, The Rookie series 7 has not been released yet on any Sky platform.

Still no confirmed date, but it's expected to be in the next month or so.

Sounds like what you are seeing, is mentions of the US version of NowTV, that have been playing out Series 7 for a few months.

That's so strange because I went on my Now TV app (still got movies not entertainment) and I swear I saw season 7, just checked again and you're right it's not there! Oh well lol, hope it turns up soon 😁

Re: The Rookie season 7 on Now TV

It's on Sky/Wow  in Germany since January but that's it

It definitely isn't on US version of Now TV , since ABC isn't on it.

Re: The Rookie season 7 on Now TV

Disney+ added 1-5 or 1-6 in some cases outside the UK in a deal with Lionsgate Studios so whatever deal Sky has appears to be exclusive in the UK for now.

Google AI as helpful as ever 😂:

In the UK, The Rookie Season 7 is available to watch on Sky Witness. Additionally, it can be streamed on Sky Max, Sky Go, and NOW.

As it says 'Generative AI is experimental'.

Hope you gave it a thumbs down and reported the error.

Mind, agree it sounds like it's got some of the quotes from sites mashed up wrongly to come to that conclusion.

I've been giving all those generative AI search results thumbs down.

It is just so consistently wrong/irrelevant that it is pretty much useless

Re: The Rookie season 7 on Now TV

Seems Sky are slow and put on Season 7 of The Rookie. As season 7 is already been getting shown in the US for a good while now.

Re: The rookie season 7

The annoying part of this is simply that we are now less than a week away from the ENTIRE SERIES having been shown in America, but there still isn't any sign of it over here.  It's frankly pathetic that we've had so little information on this.  I've watched all 6 seasons so far on Sky, but this is the exact reason why Downloading/Torrenting/Piracy is so popular.  In the modern age of TV, I don't get why an entire season of an existing, established show can show in one region and there's no sign of it in another.

Re: The rookie season 7

Confirmed for June but I do agree with the post above there is no reason why Sky couldn't have aired this from late January like Sky in Germany did from 23rd January.

Re: The rookie season 7

Confirmed for June? I've been looking, and I still can't find anything at all with a date. Where is the confirmation? (I'm not doubting your info, just can't find anything myself, so don't want to get too excited!)
