I had this same issue with an episode of house of the dragon and it eventually just appeared at around tea time in HDR. So fingers crossed

They've been saying to folks on Twitter who ask that it will be available in time for the 9pm showing.

I refuse to torrent or illegally download The Last Of Us, but instead I choose to pay as little as possible to Sky and pay a full subscription cost directly to HBO Max (using SmartDNS) in order to stream it (and all the other content they provide) at the best possible quality. Once you've seen House of the Dragon, The Last Of Us and other such content at native 24fps in full 4K with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos you won't be able to go back to Sky Atlantic's sped up 25fps HLG versions.

It's been mentioned by others many times on these forums - Sky has lots and lots of great content in one place which is incredibly convenient... but it's not necessarily in the best quality. 

Sadly, convenience wins over quality for most Sky subscribers.

25fps HLG is certainly good enough for me, with that convenience in mind.

I love a 4K DV bluray as much as the next bod but I can't be bothered working round geographic licensing with vpns etc.

Not the only thing late today. I've bought a Dolby Atmos soundbar and was supposed to arrive at 1PM so I could watch the latest episode... only it's late, thanks Amazon and Sky. Proper first world problems

last 2 weeks available in UHD

and without the humongous and frequent advertising

now they are back to maybe purposefully delaying the UHD versions being available.

Really want to hang on for the HDR but I've got work at 7 tomorrow so could really have done with it being on asap
