You obviously found it because you've added to the thread. It's on the What's On board.
We would normally suggest emailing the Viewer Relations Team at Sky but in your case it may be a VM issue.

Re: Tennis,
I have moved your post as it's unconnected to Sky Talk landline phone problems.

Best idea is to email Viewer Relations - they will pass the details onto the Tennis team. Their email address is ViewerR@sky.uk

Re: Tennis,
Cincinnati is now available for some matches in Sky on demand.
It took place last few weeks and finals completed on Sunday and Monday.
I watched plenty of it live on my Sky Stream, via the Sky Sport Tennis and Sky Sport+ linear channels and on the Sky Sports app.
Saw no quality issues.
Just had a browse of some of the WTA/ATP quarter finals and the WTA final in the Catch-up rail under Sports/Tennis and quality was fine.

Re: Tennis,
Plus.
I also did playlist cloud recordings of the two linear channels for the last week through to the Monday final.
Doing the long 7-10 hour or so slots that were broadcast of the live events.
As I watched most of the Tennis live, I did not really watch them that much.
But, just been a number of them and are all playing out fine.
Is there one particular day or match, that you had this problem with?
