US Open tennis 2026 replays on demand

Correction - we have Sky Glass, not a Sky Q box, my mistake.

I discovered that if I add US Open to my playlist I can then watch the previous day's/overnight broadcast but can't watch matches that Sky didn't choose to broadcast on their main feed. You can access other matches live from the TV screen but can't watch them afterwards on demand. 

Some of the overnight matches are shown during the following day before live coverage starts, but again, only a few matches that Sky has chosen, no option to watch anything else. No doubles which I want to watch.

Very poor service compared to other broadcasters.

Is it my imagination or is this years us open tennis only being covered by females. I'm watching a men's game and both commentators are female. It's switches back to the studio and all female presenters bar the odd appearance from Tim Herman. Im sure it's the same for female marches unless that's also oddly dominated by male commentators? I'm all for shared coverage but how does this represent both a male and female audience? Not to mention it would be nice to hear from someone whose actually experienced a 5 hour 5 set match or faced down a 130mph serve or a 100mph forehand. Think sky is using its exclusivity to take many of their regular sports viewers for granted while they try to expand into other less loyal alternative sports markets 🤔

Bit of a weird situation too where Sky Stream lets you add an upcoming match to your playlist  but then it won't let you watch it after it' s finished airing live and just gets removed automatically and won't be  showing anywhere.   Why are they letting me add it in the frst place?  Frustratingly, football matches are there avaliable after being showed live but not as much coverage for tennis which really question why they even bought the rights in the first place or refused to the buy the ones that let you watch it after it's been live

The Rybakina Osaka match on Sky Sports Tennis has an all women's commentary team on it

The Blockx Cerundolo match on Sky Sports +;is an all men's commentary team

I've also tried adding matches to my watchlist.

As you say, the place holder is there until the match ends. When you go back to look, there's nothing there.

It really is VERY poor 

They do the bare minimum they can get away with! 

They are not interested in providing a good level of coverage, match or player following capability..

@Tennisway it's just unbelievably poor coverage and we have to put up with this until 2030.

As for the watchlist function, I have no idea what the point of it is if the matches disappear after they have been played. Perhaps someone at Sky can enlighten us?

Also very disappointed to find I can't get replays of the overnight matches on NOW TV. I'll know to skip paying for a month next year.

I want to know why the reply of the match from yesterday of Carlos Alcarez vs Ben Shelton is not showing in skysports replay ondemand. I am watching skysports through nowtv at a high monthly cost and cannot watch the live match at 1am uk time. So have to avoid social media the next day to watch the match in replay/ondemand/highlights and it's not there.  Its the most anticipated match up of the tournament and sky have failed to meet customers expectations. Even the commentators said Shelton should have been in the other side of the draw do that the match up would be in the final. This is why I won't contract with sky to watch tennis because their ondemand is totally inadequate.

I know there have been later posts and you've said you actually have Sky Glass and not Sky Q - but I think your use of the word "broadcast" probably contributed to the confusion I've just read! Broadcast means a very specfic thing: that it was on a terrestrial or satellite television channel (as well as a SkyQ/Glass "stream") so if you'd had SkyQ, you would have been able to record it.

But as we now know, they were live streamed from inside an app, not broadcast. HTH

Disgusted with sky coverage. 

Paid subscription. 

Unable to watch outside courts unless im at home. 

Able to watch sky go. Unable to watch sky sports app. No way of watching on demand. 

Spent hours trying to resolve it with sky tech. Reported it a week ago.

I'm in the same situation.

Any serious tennis fan in the UK would be too. 

That must be their main customer base, yet they just either don't care or are too dumb to understand tennis! 

All the presenters and self publicity make it that sky sports is doing something great! 

It's actually totally failing tennis fans!
