TNT sports not working on Sports channel

Just upgraded my package for TNT sports to watch the England vs Australian Rugby Union game. The picture and sound quality is horrendous. I've tried rebooting and all the other help tips that are online, but no joy. How do I get the telephone number for customer service to cancel this subscription?

If the picture and sound are breaking up, it's most likely because of a slight dish misalignment.
