Stuck with Apps - saying subscription is not there

Hello, As my title says. I'm trying to set up the HBO max (which comes with my package) and tried to link my current paidfor Disney+. I have gone round on circles and ended up cancelling my current Disney+ as I paid up front but with it not linking, not using it. For the HBO, I am in an endless loop. It gets me to sign in, I have the basic with app that is free. It says o then do not have a subscription. I have upgraded to the next level and it is still saying I do not have a subscription. Spent hours signing in and out between my phone, websites and the TV! Any help welcome!
