There seems to be an issue with some on demand content on Sky's servers today - others are reporting similar issues. 
Drop an email to Viewer Relations with the programme/episodes you're having trouble with.

Sky witness not working

Trying to watch the rookie season 5, been fine up to now and now it keeps saying its currently unavailable try again later.. any suggestions? Everything else is working fine.

I have received the following from the viewer email.

 

"Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding Game of Thrones on Sky Stream and Sky Puck.

 

We are aware of some missing content from Sky Atlantic on the above platforms.

 

Our teams are engaged at the moment to find the route cause and fix the issue.

 

Please accept our apologises while we get this resolved."

 

No timeframe available for when it'll get fixed.

This has been resolved now for me, with episodes mentioned.

 

All above episodes are now playing fine.

VR must have reported and passed onto the relevant Sky team for resolution

I can't watch true blood on puk

I've been binge watching True Blood got to the season finale yesterday and it wo t play it's says "sorry this item is unavailable". I does let me watch on my phone via sky go. I have repeatedly turned off at mains and refreshed apps but made no difference. I also rang sky for technical help but they were also stumped and could not help me! It let's me watch all other programmes

Both examples still have availability dates of 31st December (which likely will be changed to 31st March) , so should still play

As per the posts above @LisaBD you need to let Sky's viewer relations team know about this via this email address - viewerR@sky.uk

 

Let them know the series and episode number and on what devcie you are using, so Sky Q, Sky+, Sky Glass or Stream.

I am currently unable to watch Game of Thrones (S4:E2), despite being mid-way through way an episode I started yesterday.

I’m being presented with a blue screen and a message appears “Sorry, this item is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”

I have tried restarting my router, the Sky puck and TV but the message still appears.


I have emailed ViewerR@sky.uk but have had no response yet.

Trying to continue watching The Rookie Series 4 episode 16 - Real Crime on Sky Witness but keep getting the message Sorry item is unavailable. Please try again later.  Then the screen goes blue!  Have tried powering off and resetting, tried previous and later episodes but to no avail!  Any suggestions
