Sky telling us what is happening in other sports events especially F1
Why do sky insist on telling us what's happening? We were watching the football and recording the F1. Sky kindly told us what happened in the F1. Like many people and with so much live sport, we often "go dark", watch one event then play the one we missed. If I want know what happened I can go on my phone or Sky sports news. You sell a product with recording capabilities, why? Please please stop giving results or updates on other events.

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.
This has been the subject of many threads/posts over the years but is apparently what Sky want to do. You could register your dissatisfaction by emailing the Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
