Sky sports + HD showing wrong program

Sky sports HD should be showing super rugby game blues v chiefs but it is showing an NBA game. 

can you fix this please asap

Sky TV guide shows Blues Vs Chiefs but the channel is showing a basket ball game. How do I fix urgently  this as the game kicked off 20 mins ago.

Sky sports + channel is meant to be showing live rugby but it has basketball on the channel. Is there a way to watch the rugby that is meant to be on?

Just turned my TV on… Channel 404 on Sky Q is now showing this game.

@Zonks   If you are referring to the NRL, according to my TV guide it is on Sky Action channel 404.

Similar questions have been posted on other Sky forums such as SkyQ and Sky Stream.  I presume  it must have been previously advertised on a different channel, although my TV guide which came out last week has it as Sky Action 404 as has now been mentioned above.  If it has been advertised for one channel and then change at a later time or date it must be very frustrating if you had wanted to record it.  If however you are wanting to watch live, it just surprised me that so many have taken the extra time to log in and post on here rather than just checking the other Sky Sports channel first.  Maybe I'm missing something but hope you have all managed to watch most of it.

I scrolled through all sky sports channels and it wasn't on any of them at the time of posting, 30 minutes into the broadcast. As previous poster pointed out to me though it had fixed itself for the second half. Very frustrating

Don't know if Stream EPG is different, but on satellite Sky Sports Action is Ch 412.

Ch 404 is Sky Sports+.

When I posted at 0721 that it was on Sky Sports+ (channel 404 on Sky Q), the programme was entitled Sky Sports Breakfast on the epg.
