@hobbo420  Your duplicate thread has been removed, also this one has been mlved from the Sky Go board as Sky Go is an app and does not have a remote.

 

You also need to advise which TV Box the remote belonge to:  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
