Sky dish

Had work men gone work outside home.their took dish off.now not getting a signal.

@Mary133  If the dish was removed then you won't get a satellite signal.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky Q or Sky+?

If Sky Q give Sky a call (when all the work has been completed) and arrange an engineer to put it back and align it. Sky will charge in the region of £65. There will be a significant delay following the recent storms so it may be quicker to employ a local satellite company at your own expense.

 

If you have Sky+HD or Sky+ then you'll definitely need an independent engineer as Sky no longer support those set ups.
