Hi I'm new to this forum so apologies if this is in wrong place!

I've got sky cinema trial but I can see how to get the free vue tickets on sky app 

I was told I can have them even tho it's a trial 

but when I click on sky vip in the app there's no option 

can anyone help please? 
can't get thro to sky!

As explained above being on a trial doesn't give you access to the tickets so whoever told you this was wrong as y bro g a regular Sky Cinema customer will give you access.
