@Marlu-Nyu , it's about giving a correct answer to the problem, which is why knowing which platform is being used is essential, as the answer will likely differ whether it's Sky+ or Sky Q.
Also that information is required to ensure the post can be moved to the correct part of the forum. When users post problems about a Sky service but post it in the generic sections of the forum the information about which sky service is affected is very relelvant.

I understand that, but an answer could have been provided for both until it is determined if it's Sky+ or Sky Q.
Additionally, 56% of Sky customers have Sky Q (on average and best guess for January 2026), so if I was a Superuser, I would move it to Sky Q until (if) it was discovered that it was Sky+.
