Sky box keeps getting error message 25 I have tried rebooting but still the same card is scorched on

Sky box keeps getting error message you cannot purchase this program. Tried rebooting but still the same card is scorched on the back of the chip

I have the same on Some Channels, it seems Sky has some Technical issues. Last on SKY Sports F1 HD
