Sky Tv not working

my s/n in  NGQpH4KEWkmm but I cannot get on to my ystem.Have tried many times but I am unable to get started Have picture and sound but get message saying not working. I am  old 86yrs old and REALLY ned help. PLEASE assist as i wnt to watch my programmes    PLEASE.assist me asap. Thank you

TV asks for my log in to view programmes. Help I cannot egt logged in so cannot  see ALL of my usage of many years. I am 86yrs and nned you to asist me asap. Thanks.

Do you know what TV service you have from Sky, it is Sky Stream or perhaps Sky Glass or do you have a Sky Q box ?
