Sky sports plus not working wont let me watch games says loading or try again later happened a few times wonder why i pay for sky sports if the service i want doesnt work

There are numerous other posts about the Sky App not working to watch the sport, I'm trying to watch a game but it's saying video unavailable. It would help if Sky at least stated there's a problem with the App and that they're trying to address it?

Quite agree. Rubbish service regularly but never an apology or refund from sky. Very difficult near impossible to talk to a human at sky. Thinking of cancelling.
