If you've paid for Sky Sports then it should just work as part of your subscription. If it doesn't then call Sky to investigate.

What are you trying to access Sky Sports on? Sky q, sky stream, sky glass, now tv etc?

Does a message come on screen if you turn it to sky sports?

If so, what does it say?
