Sky History/ Documentrys.
Why do Sky have programmes called The Civil War, which is not about the civil war. It's about the American civil war. Seeing Sky is a British company. A programme called the Civil War should be about the English civil war not the American civil war.

If it's a matter of renaming the programme title or a synopsis update.
Your best bet to get this looked at by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Sky hasn't been a British company since it was acquired by Comcast

You're correct in that Sky being discussed here relates to the UK and the ROI but for a number of years now Sky has been owned by Comcast which is an American multinational mass media corporation.

Re: Sky History/ Documentrys.
@NICK19771 I've watched 6 of the 7 episodes, and I can categorically state that it is definitely about the Civil War, so the title is correct. I would imagine the majority of people would expect it to be about the war in America rather than the one in England.

Being shown on British TV on a British channel, a show called the Civil War should be about the English Civil War.
