Sky Atlantic on essentials

I have had sky installed today. We are subscribed to essentials package. However cannot access Atlantic. It is my understanding g that Atlantic is included. 
what to do?

In saying you have had Sky installed this implies Sky Q satellite TV (as Sky Stream isn't "installed", it's plug and play). If this assumption is correct then 'Essentials' on satellite TV is merely the FTA channels, therefore Sky Atlantic wouldn't be included.

Sky Q Essentials does not include Sky Atlantic

Sky Essential TV on Sky Stream or Glass does include Sky Atlantic.

And note that various online sources (including AI-driven search results and 'articles' with suspiciously inhuman characteristislcs) routinely get this wrong, presumably because of the extremely unwise naming...

To be honest, I am highly suspicious for the reasons they created this Sky Stream package in the first place.
