You can't, the apps on Sky Q & Stream/Glas are what you get.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, there's no concept of an 'app store' on Sky hardware: even the Glass television isn't customisable as you might have expected from a smart set.
