Satellite

I am having issues a message ' no satellite ' keeps appearing with live TV and buffering especially with Channels 1 to 3. Please help. Does my dish need moving ? Thanks Clare

@ClezH  Your post has been moved from the Broadband board as this isn't a broadband related issue.

 

Also Satellite channels via Sky start at 101. 

 

Pleasse can you confirm if you have Sky+HD or Sky Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
