SKY VIP SEATING COOP MANCHESTER

Can any one tell me about the seating in the vip area especially row 1 seats 96 and 97; appreciate feedback and images please.!

Thanks !  Can clearly see the bar stool seating but would like to know about row 1!  Hope it's not those seats I can see behind thd bar stools?  Although tickets say access vis a couple of steps!  Can any one help / answer
