Removing profile from Disney app

My friend uploaded her Disney account onto my sky apps and gave me a profile. She has changed the details now and I can't access the profile anymore. I want to remove her profiles so I can set up my own Disney account.  How do I do this, as if I go onto her existing profiles and press delete it says that all the profiles history will be deleted.

On your Sky device you need to logout of Disney + as it sounds like you are logged in to your friends Disney + account.

 

Then you create your own Disney + account and use those details to log in on your sky device.
