To connect your remote to your device using its Bluetooth:

Sky Q:

1. Switch on the Sky Q box and television.
2. Point the remote towards the Sky Q box.
3. Press and hold 1 and 3 together until the remote's light flashes.
4. Follow the instructions displayed on the television.

Sky Glass:

1. Switch on the Sky Glass television and display the Home screen.
2. For a new remote, remove the battery tab.
3. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds.
4. Wait for “Your remote is now connected”, then select Continue.

Sky Stream:

1. Switch on the television and Sky Stream puck, with the Sky Home screen visible.
2. Switch off any nearby Sky Q box so the remote does not attempt to pair with it.
3. For a new remote, remove the battery tab.
4. Hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds.
5. Select Continue when the connected message appears.

If that is not working, try resetting the remote first:
Press 7 and 9 for three seconds.
