My paramount plus has just kicked me out and won't let us back on, Internet has constantly been lagging starting to wonder why we bother paying for this
You've expressed two issues here:
- Paramount+
- Internet
Paramount+:
First and foremost, have you tried restetting your Paramount+ password at
UK: https://www.paramountplus.com/gb/account/forgotpassword
Ireland: https://www.paramountplus.com/ie/account/forgotpassword
Secondly try refreshing your apps:
Sky Q:
- Press the HOME button
- Scroll down to SETTINGS
- Press 0 0 1 and SELECT to open the Installer Menu
- Scroll down to Apps
- Pess SELECT to highlight Refresh Apps
- Press SELECT again to refresh apps
Sky Glass/Stream:
- Press HOME on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
Refreshing your apps will take time, so wait at least 30 minutes before trying Paramount+ again.
Thirdly, if none of these work, try doing a soft reset by removing the plug at the wall socket for 5 minutes before plugging in back in.
Internet:
Are you with Sky for Internet access? If not, you will need to contact your Internet provider.
Firstly, remove the plug from the wall socket, and wait 5 minutes before plugging back in. This is to clear the memory and close any internal messages that it may be unable to complete.
Secondly, check your connections, are the wires securely inserted where they should be?
