Ohh my goodness yes.. im actually getting really annoyed. Its crashing on the Tv and my phone. The apps are up to date, internet has been checked and re connected, tv has been turned off and on, ive signed out and logged back into the sky app. Ive done these multiple times.. its not me or my devices... its Sky!
Hi, have you managed to sort it? I've been having the same issues for a few months. I've deleted and downloaded the app loads and it's still not working. I've contacted sky and they said they will see what they can do 🙄. I have noticed when I go to download the app on my Tv it says app was last updated in 2022. Really annoyed as I've spent a fortune on sky store and I cannot access any of the films or shows. I just have a black screen when I try to put it on so I end up deleting it again. If anyone has any luck or advice on how to fix it I'd appreciate it so much.
