Problems with Formula 1 on demand

Everytime we go to watch the F1 races on catch up we have problems, often the sessions are labelled wrongly, ie you click what says is qualifying one the initial menu and then it plays a practice session.

last night we went to watch the race from earlier in the day on catch up and it kept jumping by 10 seconds or so every minute which made it impossible to follow and unbearable to watch. We only get sky for this feature as we usually can't watch the racing live so swapped from now tv to sky purely to watch races on catch up!

is there something wrong with our puck perhaps or is this a sky problem in general?

I have the same issue on sky stream. Went to catch up on las Vegas race but all of the titles are mixed up and can't find the main race. I also pay for UHD but none of the content is in UHD. I took a video of this issue as I thought I was doing something wrong. Gor some photos of what happens. The photos show the selection of full race and then when you click on it, it's the chequered flag part not the race.
