Problems linking to Apps

Netflix is not recognising my email

Have you created a Netflix account using that email address? You need to create a Netflix account and then link it to your Sky account as per the instructions here: 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
