Premiership Ticketing at CPFC

I am a life long supporter of Crystal Palace FC , once a glazier always a glazier.   I am 70 yrs old and have two season tickets which I have had for a number of years.   I travel from Norwich to south east london for the games a round trip of 250 miles.  For several years now I have had two digital card tickets.

After paying for the tickets four months ago and despite several conversations and messages which can be confirmed on one of my tickets I have yet to receive a response as to card issuance.  I'm sure I am not the only person who has faced this but I think it is time to put this issue in the public domain.

I was born and breed in SE19 and expect better treatment.

 

I hope you will take this on board and I'm happy to provide more info and evidence for you to publicise.

I did not want to take this tract but feel I am left with no option now with only a few days left to th start of the season.

@VinceCPFC  You've posted on a Customer helps customer community.  You're not contacting Sky by posting in the community.

 

It's not clear what you are wanting Sky to do here as this isn't a Sky related issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I think you need to speak to whoever you purchased the tickers from which I doubt was Sky.

You may wish to cancel a consumer affairs or sports new outlet directly: it's extremely unlikely that posting to this forum will bring any useful response from such people, and your identity won't be available to them anyway.
