I'm trying to get paramount on my tv upstairs, now that l have the new every room box, but l can't get into it. No passwords are working

We're sorry that this is to report issues you're having signing into the Paramount+ app on your second box. Is this a Sky Q Mini box or a Sky Streaming Puck?

Also, are you using the exact same details you're able to sign into on different devices with no problem?
