Paramount+

I have Paramount+ included in my package, it shows as being included but I can't access it. Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. Can't get anyone from Sky by phone to discuss so any ideas?

Might be  be a good idea to state which TV box your have, Sky Q, Sky stream or Sky Glass TV?

 

Have you tried restarting your Sky box, tried an apps refresh or a restart of your broadband router/hub

 

Do you get any kind of error message when trying to access the app?
