I've been logged out of paramount plus. Tried to re set and log back in. It says I already have paramount but it won't open. Called sky several times with promises of call back but nothing.
They said to uninstall paramount and then re install it but I don't know how to uninstall it.
I've checked on the tv but can't find the paramount app, only via sky and that doesn't give me an option to uninstall.
