Paramount plus app is linked to wrong account
When setting up paramount+ a different email address was used to that on my sky account. Sky.com tells me it is link and good to go, however paramount + is not recognising the account is linked to sky cinema subscription as the email is different possibly, and wants me to pay subscription

The email addresses do not need to be the same for your Sky and Paramount + accounts, you just to follow the instructions to link your Sky and paramount + accounts.

Well that's goods news, however sky is saying the accounts are already linked and seems no option to reset. When I log on to paramount plus, it's asking me to subscribe

That would imply that your Sky account has been linked to a different Paramount Plus account. I'd suggest double checking the email address that you are using, could it be possible that when you linked your Sky and Paramount Plus account you used a different email address or perhaps put a typo in the email address.
