Paramount on my TV
My Paramount on the TV hasn't been connecting for two weeks. There has been an Uh-oh error message everytime I try to access it.

Re: Paramount on my TV
You have not mentioned which TV service you have, might help if you could tell us if it is Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream?
This is quite a common issue that gets flagged on here for customers, often cured by the following;
Please try the following if you have not done so already.
Firstly
If you have Sky Q, restart your main Sky Q box and any Sky Q minis.
If you have Sky Stream/Glass, perform a settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Secondly try an apps refresh;
If you have Sky Q;
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings.
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu.
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing - we recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
If you have Sky Stream/Glass
Refresh your apps;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
This refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
Also can help by trying restart of your broadband router/hub with your Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass box in standby.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
