Paramount + not working

I have paramount + subscription through Sky cinema however for about a month now I have no way of accessing my account due to being logged out and the login screen being in a foreign language. I have tried to reactivate but all I get is an error message on screen. Don't seem to get anywhere when I call Sky. Any ideas?
