Paramount + cant sign into it

I'm getting stressed out cos no matter what I do it will not sign me in. Or if I try one way it comes up with a payment plan and for me to pay £4.99 a month.  I should be getting it free with my sky package.  So can someone please help. Me . Grrrrr
