Paramount Plus

Why can I not download any shows from Paramount Plus? It is saying I need a subscription, but I already have it free with my Sky Cinema package.

@RhondaMcK with Sky+ boxes, you get a cut-down version of Paramount+ via On Demand as there's no app.

Not sure what you mean. This has been working perfectly well until a few days ago when I tried to download something. Why would it say I need a subscription when it is already included in my Sky Cinema package?

I am a Sky plus customer. I have paramount free with my sky cinema package.

I'm in same position. Trying to get into Paramount + using Sky Stream and the app says I need to buy a package. But this is included in my account as part of Sky Cinema. 

So what do I do now?

I have 2 Sky + boxes which had both been working perfectly until a week ago. Neither will now download anything On Demand including Paramount Plus, and now channels 4 & 5 are affected. It says it's down loading but then shows "failed subscription needed". I have tried numerous times, both boxes. Still recording live programmes. Says connection to router and On Demand both ok. Sky have been no help.... switch off and on etc.
