On demand

Hi, upgraded my t.v package this afternoon to sky signature so I would be able to watch game of thrones and house of dragons.

however when I go on to "on demand",  it keeps telling me to press the red button to upgrade.

Am I right in assuming on demand is included in the sky signature package? If so is there a reason this is not working? Do I need to wait for it to start working ? I only upgraded to be able to watch these programmes, if I can't watch them when I like, the upgrade seems pointless and I may aswell cancel.

i have rebooted the connection just incase it needed a reset but I still can't access on demand.

i can watch sky Atlantic live but not on demand

First thing I'd check would be ìf you are trying to download in HD, which may be the issue if you don't subscribe to HD.

If this is the case:

You could change it in 'other formats' option 

Or in settings, you could set as default SD.
