No tv reception

Main tv not tuning in after switching on. Message says "there is a technical fault. Please try again later". I've switched everything off at the hub but the same message returns. This is after 2 hours of trying.

Is this on a Sky Glass TV or a Sky Stream puck? 

Have you powered the TV and/or puck off at the wall for a while too? Is your broadband functioning for all other connected devices such as mobile phones/tablets etc?
